What is the CVsansfaute.fr proofreading and correction service?
This is proofreading by a seasoned professional to correct typos, errors of grammar, syntax or punctuation. It also involves ensuring that typographical conventions are respected.
How does it work?
Choose a correction offer, fill in the form and attach your files. Specify your deadline and pay by credit card via our partner PayPal (no PayPal account required). We will entrust your files to professional proofreaders and return them to you within the desired deadline.
I want to have my CV proofread. How do I go about this?
Choose CV Proofreading from the Our Services menu, fill in the form and attach your CV. Specify your deadline and pay. We will have your CV proofread by professional proofreaders and return it to you by e-mail.
I want to have my letter of motivation. What do I need to do?
Select Proofread motivation in the Our services menu, complete the form and insert your covering letter. Specify your deadline and pay. We'll have your letter proofread by experts and send it back to you corrected.
I want to have my CV and covering letter proofread. How do I go about this?
Click on "Correct my application" on the home page, fill in the form and upload your files. Specify your deadline and pay. We will return your application to you once it has been corrected.
In what language do you offer proofreading and correction?
CVsansfaute.fr is available in French. For all other languages, please contact us at contact @ cvsansfaute.fr.
What document formats are supported?
CVsansfaute.fr supports the main formats used by Mac and PC word processors. Although we can proofread PDF files, it is best to send us your documents in their native format. Preferably send us Word, Pages or Open Office files.
What are the processing times?
CVsansfaute.fr offers a standard service: less than 48 hours, which is generally the case, from confirmation of your payment. You can also opt for urgent delivery (less than 24 hours from confirmation of your payment) or super urgent delivery (less than 4 hours from confirmation of your payment). These times apply from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. When you place your order, CVsansfaute.fr will specify the estimated delivery time according to the option chosen.
How will I receive comments and any corrections to my files?
CVsansfaute.fr recommends that you send us the original version of your document and we will make any necessary changes. However, if you have no other option than to send us a PDF, we will annotate any corrections.
Has my order been processed?
On receipt of your payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. If your request is complete, it will be processed within the chosen time. If not, we will try to contact you. To do this, please make sure we have a telephone number or e-mail address.
I've entered the wrong e-mail address. What should I do?
Contact us via chat or write to us at contact @ cvsansfaute.fr as soon as possible, giving your full name and the reference number of your order. We will correct your contact address.
How can I track the status of my order?
Click on the Track my order link in the confirmation e-mail you received.
Can I change or cancel my order?
By validating the general terms and conditions of sale, you authorise CVsansfaute.fr to begin the execution of its service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code. Contact us immediately in the event of an error in the version of the file sent.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards or PayPal accounts are accepted. Payment by credit card is made via the secure PayPal site. No account is required for payment.
When can I obtain a refund?
The service is provided subject to the availability of editors. If the number of requests exceeds our capacity to meet our commitments, CVsansfaute.fr reserves the right to offer you a new delivery date or to refund you.

Yes, choose the Urgent - 24 h or Super Urgent - 4 h option depending on how urgent your request is.
If my CV or covering letter is more than one page long, is it the same price?
The rate is based on one page or 3,000 characters or 500 words maximum. CVsansfaute.fr reserves the right to ask you for a supplement, or to interrupt the proofreading and correction service within the limit of one page if the document supplied exceeds the size of one page.
