What is the CVsansfaute.fr proofreading and correction service?

This is proofreading by a seasoned professional to correct typos, errors of grammar, syntax or punctuation. Typographical conventions must also be respected.

How does it work?

Choose a correction offer and fill in the form. Send your files by e-mail to contact @ cvsansfaute.fr. Specify your deadline and pay by credit card via our partner PayPal (no PayPal account required) or with WISE. We entrust your files to professional proofreaders and return them to you within the desired deadline.

I'd like to have my CV proofread. How do I go about it?

Choose Resume Proofreading from the Our Services menu, fill in the form, attach your resume to an e-mail to contact @ cvsansfaute.fr. Specify your deadline and pay. We'll have your CV professionally proofread and returned to you by e-mail.

I want to have my letter of motivation. How do I proceed?

Select Proofread motivation in the Our services menu, complete the form and insert your cover letter. Specify your deadline and pay. We'll have your letter proofread by experts and send it back to you corrected.

I'd like to have my CV and cover letter proofread. How do I go about this?

Click on Correct my application from the home page, fill in the form and upload your files. Specify your deadline and pay. We'll send your application back to you after correction.

In what languages do you offer proofreading and correction?

CVsansfaute.fr is available in French. For all other languages, please contact us at contact @ cvsansfaute.fr.

My order

What document formats are supported?

CVsansfaute.fr supports the main formats used by Mac and PC word processors. Although we can proofread PDF files, it's best to send us your documents in their native format. We prefer Word, Pages and Open Office files.

What are the processing times?

CVsansfaute.fr offers a standard delivery time of less than 48 hours from confirmation of payment. You can also opt for urgent delivery (less than 24 hours from confirmation of payment) or super urgent delivery (less than 4 hours from confirmation of payment). These times are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. When you place your order, CVsansfaute.fr will specify the estimated delivery time according to the option chosen.

How will I receive comments and corrections to my files?

CVsansfaute.fr recommends that you send us the original version of your document and we will make any necessary changes. However, if you have no other option than to send us a PDF, we will annotate any corrections.

Has my order been processed?

On receipt of your payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. If your request is complete, it will be processed within the chosen timeframe. If not, we will try to contact you. Please make sure we have a telephone number or e-mail address available.

I've entered the wrong e-mail address. What should I do?

Contact us on the "chat" or write to us at contact @ cvsansfaute.fr as soon as possible specifying your first and last name and the reference of your order. We will correct your contact address.

How can I track the status of my order?

Click on the Track my order link in the confirmation e-mail you received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, you authorize CVsansfaute.fr to begin its services and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code. Contact us immediately in the event of an error in the version of the file sent.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card or PayPal account are accepted. Payment by credit card is made via PayPal's secure site. No account is required for payment.

When can I get a refund?

The service is provided subject to the availability of editors. If the number of requests exceeds our capacity to meet our commitments, CVsansfaute.fr reserves the right to propose a new delivery date or to reimburse you.

Is there an express service?

Yes, choose either Urgent - 24 h or Super Urgent - 4 h, depending on the urgency of your request.

If my CV or cover letter is longer than one page, is it the same price?

Rates are based on one page or 3,000 characters or 500 words maximum. CVsansfaute.fr reserves the right to charge an additional fee, or to interrupt the proofreading and correction service within the limit of one page if the document supplied exceeds the size of one page.

My personal data

How is my personal data used?

Your personal data will not be given or sold to a third party. They will remain strictly confidential. Only your contact data will be used for the strict purpose of providing the CVsansfaute.fr proofreading and correction service.
