Yes, in most cases. A French CV ("curriculum vitae") follows specific norms: A4 format, photo usually included, no résumé summary, and must be written in impeccable French. Even a small mistake in spelling or register can disqualify an otherwise strong candidate.
Is my UK or US CV format acceptable in France?â–ľ
No. French recruiters expect a format that is very different from UK or US standards: no "objective statement", usually one page per 10 years of experience, and a photo is common. We adapt your document to French norms.
